We want you to love your Vireuxa Glasses. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible, please contact us with:

Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, glasses that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
